These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of goods on KIDSHEIM.EU for delivery in the European Union.

FORCE MAJEURE
KIDSHEIM.EU is not liable for any damage caused by unavoidable obstacles, unforeseeable events or changed conditions that cannot be influenced by KIDSHEIM.EU and that KIDSHEIM.EU cannot prevent. This includes, but is not limited to, strikes, wars, fires, weather phenomena, terrorist attacks, changes in laws, technical problems, communication problems, supplier difficulties or anything caused by the aforementioned. These unavoidable events mean that KIDSHEIM.EU is released from its obligation to cover damages or offer compensation. KIDSHEIM.EU will inform the customer as soon as possible if these unavoidable obstacles affect the purchase.
THIRD PARTY CONTENT
All trademarks are the property of their respective owners. KIDSHEIM.EU provides links to websites that are not under the control of KIDSHEIM.EU. KIDSHEIM.EU cannot guarantee that the content of these sites linked from KIDSHEIM.EU is accurate or current, nor that these sites contain the same privacy and security practices as KIDSHEIM.EU. The third party is responsible for the content of the page to which the link leads.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
KIDSHEIM.EU reserves the right to modify these conditions without prior notice to the customer. All orders are subject to the terms and conditions that were current at the time of purchase and visible on the KIDSHEIM.EU website. All changes are effective immediately unless otherwise agreed. The latest terms and conditions can always be found on the website. Customers will not always be informed of any changes. Customers always need to read and accept the terms and conditions before making a purchase.
PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
KIDSHEIM.EU sells products to private individuals. To shop with us, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you can shop with or with the approval of a guardian. We reserve the right to make changes to the range and to remove items from the range before a purchase has been completed. We reserve the right to make price and typographical errors on the website and reserve the right to cancel the order if there is a material and/or obvious error.
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
The amount is only deducted when the goods are dispatched. If you have ordered several items and one of the items is back-ordered, we will only deduct the payment for this item when it is dispatched.
We offer delivery by postal service.
All prices on KIDSHEIM.EU are inclusive of VAT. Prices are quoted in EU euros EUR. To the price must be added the cost of shipping of EUR 20.
For purchases over EUR 300, you get free shipping.
We strive to deliver your order as soon as possible. The indicated delivery time is indicative. If the goods are not delivered within 14 days after the expiry of the latest delivery time, the purchase may be cancelled.
We deliver the item up to 11-18 working days after your purchase.
A surcharge of EUR 1.50 for packaging will be added to all orders regardless of purchase value.
UNDELIVERED / NOT DELIVERED GOODS
If the item is returned to us because the item has not been collected from the post office, parcel box, parcel shop, you were not at home when it was delivered, the address is incorrect, it is a P.O. BOX, it is a military base or similar and you wish to keep the purchase, you will have to pay for the return freight and to have it re-sent.
If you cancel the purchase after we have received the item back, we will deduct the amount of return freight before returning the purchase price.
If the goods are returned to us from outside the EU (European Union), the return freight includes all costs incurred for customs in both the country of origin and the country of destination.
If we do not receive a reply from you clarifying within 14 days of the item being returned to us whether you wish to keep the purchase and have the item re-sent or whether you wish to cancel the purchase and have the purchase price refunded less the return postage, we will consider that you have cancelled the purchase.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from a contract without giving reasons within 14 days. If you have bought several items in one order, you can choose to cancel some or all of them. You will not be refunded the shipping costs if you cancel part of your purchase.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or another person chosen by you (other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods.
If you have bought several goods in one order and we cannot deliver the goods at the same time, the withdrawal period runs from the moment you or another person you have chosen (except the carrier) takes physical possession of the last goods.
If the deadline expires on a Danish public holiday, Saturday, Denmark’s Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve, the deadline is extended to the following working day.
How to use the right of withdrawal
You withdraw by notifying us that you withdraw. For example, you can send a letter or e-mail stating that you withdraw to RAUNEA ApS, Lundemosen 32, DK-2670 Greve, Denmark or contact@kidsheim.eu. You cannot withdraw by refusing to accept the goods or by failing to collect them without at the same time giving notice of your withdrawal.
You can use the standard withdrawal form https://www.retsinformation.dk/Forms/R0710.aspx?id=160666#Bil3, but it is not mandatory. If you do, we will immediately acknowledge receipt of your cancellation by email.
The withdrawal period is respected if you send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Return of goods and return costs
If you regret the purchase of an item, you must send the item to RAUNEA ApS, Lundemosen 32, DK-2670 Greve, Denmark without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiry of the 14 days.
Goods cannot be sent COD or undelivered.
You must pay for the return of the item.
Refund of money in case of withdrawal
When you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you, including any delivery costs. However, this does not apply in the following cases:
If you have purchased several items in one order and only withdraw part of your purchase, we will not refund the delivery costs.
However, if you have chosen a delivery method that is more expensive than the cheapest delivery method we offer, you will not be refunded the extra cost.
We will refund the amount without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the date on which we received your notice of withdrawal. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that the goods have been returned.
We will make such a refund using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not be charged any fees as a result of the refund.
Condition of the item when you return it
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling the goods other than that necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
You may normally examine the item in the same way as you can and may in a shop, but you must not put it into use. If you have used it in a way that you cannot or must not in a shop and we cannot sell it again, or cannot sell it again at full price, you must expect us to deduct the loss in value from the amount we have to give you back. If the item no longer has a commercial value, we will not refund the purchase price.
You must return the item in its original packaging.
You should also make sure that the item is properly wrapped when you return it. You bear the risk of the package/goods until we receive it. Therefore, keep the postal receipt and track and trace number.
COMPLAINT
We do not guarantee that all pictures on KIDSHEIM.EU accurately reflect the real appearance of the products.
As a consumer, you have a 24-month right of complaint under the Danish Purchase Act. This means that if the product has a defect and you complain in time, you have the right to have the product repaired or replaced in the first instance. If this cannot be done or is not done within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a refund or a reduction in price.
A defect is, for example, a manufacturing or material fault, or incorrect information about the goods. On the other hand, normal wear and tear, or damage you have caused yourself, is not a defect.
If you discover a defect, you must complain to us “within a reasonable time”. We recommend that you complain as soon as possible, especially in the case of transport damage. However, if you complain within 2 months of discovering the defect, it is always within a reasonable time. If the complaint is justified, we will refund your reasonable and necessary shipping costs.
If you believe that the item has a defect, please state the problem in as much detail as possible.
Remember that the item must always be sent in proper packaging and get a receipt of shipment. Save the postal receipt, including information on the freight costs and any track and trace number.
DISPUTES AND REDRESS
The purchase of goods on KIDSHEIM.EU is subject to Danish law. For all disputes and legal controversies, Danish law applies.
A complaint about a product or service purchased from us can be submitted to the Centre for Complaints Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg. You can complain to the Centre for Complaints Resolution via www.forbrug.dk.
The European Commission’s online complaints portal can also be used to lodge a complaint. This is particularly relevant for consumers resident in another EU country. Complaints can be submitted here – http://ec.europa.eu/odr. When submitting a complaint, please provide our e-mail address contact@kidsheim.eu.

The personal data is registered at RAUNEA ApS and stored for five years, after which the data is deleted. The data controller on KIDSHEIM.EU is RAUNEA ApS.
As a RAUNEA ApS registrant, you always have the right to send us your objections to the registration. You also have the right to inspect what information is registered about you. You have these rights under the Personal Data Act in Denmark, and enquiries in this regard can be directed to contact@kidsheim.eu.
